We focus on providing support to enhance the participant’s quality of life at home or in a shared living space. Our care worker can help participants plan and cook healthy meals, create a budget plan, pay their bills, and perform other domestic tasks.

We provide community support so participants can reap the benefits of actively engaging in their community. These may include training or workshops for building social skills and confidence or identifying social cues. Participants love to use this support to gain access to organisations supporting certain hobbies and interests.
Assistance With Household Tasks
We understand the significance of a safe and clean home, especially in maintaining a healthy well-being. Our household task support allows participants to keep their homes in tip-top condition, from house maintenance to changing sheets.
Assistive Products for Household Tasks
We offer personal care support that is responsive to the participant’s daily life needs and preferences. This includes personal hygiene, mobility, attending appointments, and bladder and bowel management. We ensure that these services are provided respectfully and appropriately for the individual’s age.
Participation in the Community
Group or centre-based activities are an excellent way for participants to learn new skills and socialise simultaneously. We help participants achieve these goals by matching them only with groups and activities that reflect their interests, preferences, and unique needs.
Travel and Transport Assistance
Our travel and transport support covers a broad range of needs. For participants who want to improve their community access or attend appointments, we can connect them to organisations that offer driving lessons. They also have the option to be accompanied by a care worker.
Supported Independent Living
We specialise in promoting healthy lifestyles by providing care through our licensed nurses. Our roster has a strong background in providing nursing and disability services, so participants get the care they need while being with their loved ones at home.
